The setting you are looking for is not in the global setting. Simply go to the study settings for the VbP study you are using. Then, go to the "Subgraphs" tab. This is where you will find the graphic settings and text settings for the Volume text. The one you are looking for is "Volume Numbers Text Color and Size". You can change text to any size or color that you desire. Enjoy.
