How to I get access to historical data for e-mini futures, as well as live data. I paid for a monthly subscription to sierra charts for $24. I also purchased CTS, but couldn't get the CTS subscription to pull up data or connect to sierra charts. Nothing is working, what steps do I need to take to have access to historical and live data on e-mini futures.
