Hello, I just reactivated my Sierra Charts account. My connection is via Rithmic, through MES Capital. Sierra goes through the connection process, makes contact with the server, everything looks good and finally at the end, it says: "Connection to non-affiliated broker not allowed". Is that because this particular Sierra account of mine was previously connected through Rithmic/CQG through AMP? Or, is it because MES Capital has not paid the $20 Rithmic connection fee? Or, am I supposed to pay the $20 directly to Sierra? (BTW, I contacted MES and they say they support Sierra Charts). Please advise. Thanks, J.
