Hello, My hand tool no longer moves my chart. I can move it up and down using the values scale and I can move it left and right using the arrows on my keyboard, but unexpectedly, the hand tool stopped moving the chart. I have been doing so for many years. Also, my Tools Values Window is no longer showing any values, and my Compact Tools Values window is reduced to a tiny white dot. Thank you.
