Hi, Browsing through the forum and see if I can help some SC users. You will not get a SC response to a user discussion post. You can use this study: https://www.sierrachart.com//index.php?page=doc/StudiesReference.php&ID=54&Name=Highest_High_Lowest_Low_Over_N_Bars Set it to 1 bar, use open and last for the input data, and use a subgraph drawing of your choosing to highlight the open and close price levels of each bar.
