Yes the data is coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and most of the data is already on your system. Only the most recent missing data is being downloaded. Not sure why that would be slow. Refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Improving Historical Intraday Data Downloading Performance Those charts are Continuous Futures Contract charts. Might be best not to link a Quote Board to a continuous futures contract chart.
