You are using data from CTS so we do not know why there is a problem with that data.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

I also have issues with orders automatically being sent. I don't know if this is on the T4 end or the Sierra Chart end.
Unless you are using automated trading functionality in Sierra Chart it would have to be CTS sending these orders if you are not.

For some reason while doing chart replay orders automatically get flattened and I'm no longer able to trade.
The statement makes no sense. An order cannot be flattened.

These issues started after updating to the latest version of Sierra Chart and using 64-bit. Could these issues be related to using the 64-bit version?
No, not at all. The issue is completely unrelated to the version. There is some explanation for what the problem is and you can see exactly what is happening in the Trade Activity Log. Follow the instructions here:
