I have opened an account with TD Ameritrade. A year ago I had an account with TD with old user name and password.

I am having trouble signing in to their new account and TD is lost when it comes to helping and understanding who Sierra is

I have the correct user name but on the TD password input I have little stars that fill the menu and I cannot delete them to put in a modest size password. T starts (over thirty) do not eliminate or delete so that I can put in a correct password. They are stuck in place. I need this data to operate my Sierra Charts.

Why can't I just delete the bad password and replace it?
Help, I'm in a hurry.
