You can either set this global by Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other and increase the number of "Default Right Side Fill Space" or set this individually for each chart. For this please see here http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_WorkingWithCharts.html#ScrollingTheChart and refer to the "Locking the Right Side Fill Space" section.
