I unchecked "Use Global Graphics Settings" and can successfully change colors for most items that I want to change. But a few of the items have the "Enable" checkbox grayed out -- I can select a color, but can't check enable to apply the color. An example is "Trade DOM Recent Ask Volume" which I want to change to blue instead of the default green. Note, I can still click "apply", but the change to blue doesn't take effect.
