Hello, I recently enabled the real-time data feed trial after the CQG issues we worked on in another ticket. I wanted to switch from 1 second data storage to 1 tick storage for access to tick and volume charts; however, there is nothing being downloaded after making the change and deleting the data files. The log shows that it is requesting historical intraday tick data for the instrument, but then says it received 0 records and wrote 0 records. Is this a restriction of the trial feed or maybe not available with service package 3? Thank you.
