Since that is a built in study with the alerts happening internally, it is not controlled through the standard Alert settings. What you want to do is best accomplished by using the High/Low for Time Period - Extended study and then adding an alert on that study that would similar to the following: =OR(ID2.SG1[0] > ID2.SG1[-1], ID2.SG2[0] < ID2.SG2[-1]).
