This is not something we can help with. This is a BitMEX server issue.


However, what you should do in this case is select File >> Disconnect, wait about two hours and try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

We are going to be working on a new connection model to BitMEX to work around this but it is not likely to get done for another month.
