Thank you that's a very useful page but there are still many issues. Surely building a DLL should not have deteriorated as Sierra Charts has moved forwards. There was never any issues with the earlier mingw compiler. I'm at a loss to understand what's happened? The Sierra Chart MS Visual C++ >> Install Compiler btn ... goes to Microsoft and downloads MS Visual Studio 2017 ... and Sierra Charts then seems to call "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat. No mention of 2017 or 32/64? Am I missing something here? Is there some reason why the simplicity of compiling locally has now disappeared? This is a great product but this is really not helpful.
