In regards to who you would call for connectivity issues, really we have to be the first point of contact for this. And then we will look into the problem, and give you guidance on what to do. This is what we have done. You really need to eliminate the CQG Web API connection and to do that, you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Yes you have to pay more, but there simply is no other choice when using CQG. This is not going to totally eliminate the problem but certainly lesson that.
