We will call if you allow us to the update Sierra Chart, which you have not done even though we have repeatedly told you to do that. This is essential because their have been some improvements with the interface to CQG. It will not eliminate the problem but it is important to do anyway.

And you also need to be willing to pay for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to eliminate one of the CQG connections for more stability.

You also need to understand that this is not an issue whatsoever on our side.

Please FIX this as I cannot trade today as well.
We have repeatedly told you and also provided you documentation, this is not within our control. Once again here is the relevant documentation about this:

For the record, we are sick and tired of these stupid CQG connection problems. CQG is just not able to resolve them. We have numerous users with CQG connection problems. This wastes so much of our time.

So it does not help when you say this is urgent because there is only a limited amount we can do to help with this.
