Hi,

I've recently signed up to try Sierra Chart

I subscribed to 20 real time indicies option. All good. I then signed all the exchange agreements then finally activated NASDAQ as my exchange. I then got a message that real time data should be active in 5 minutes or if not, to restart Sierra Chart.

No real time data repopulated the intraday chart so I restarted the platform several times and tried opening new intraday charts of NASDAQ stocks but still no real time data, only historical with a 15 minute delay.

There were enough funds in my account to cover the data costs so I figuring I'm doing something wrong? Any help greatly appreciated
