Hi, This past month and undoubtedly this coming month I have a $0.99 foreign transaction fee on my credit card statement that I just noticed for the usage of SC's for that month. On the SC's purchase page I used a Visa card (which I hadn't used before) through DalPay which shouldn't have any fee. I just wanted to verify this fee isn't coming from SC's but instead is the credit card itself charging me this before I question them. Am I correct with all this? Thanks, Dave
