I am experiencing the same issue. Software version 1034. I am using stop orders to enter the market in the US OIL contract. It is either ignoring my orders all together, or it is giving me fills that never even trade at that price. I am using Ninja Trader with Zenfire Data as well as Investor RT with DTN data to confirm. This is a problem. Can you assist? Thanks. |
