it shows an order fill on SC but no order nor fill on IB.
This is not even technically possible. It is completely impossible for Sierra Chart to process an order fill without there being an actual order fill from the remote trading service that Sierra Chart is connected to if Trade Simulation Mode is disabled.

The first thing we want you to do is to update to the current version following these instructions here:
