The simple fact is, is that it is the responsibility of the operating system to draw the title bars and borders of windows. And the operating system provides color control. It is not practical for us to develop this into Sierra Chart from what we have read. To the best of my knowledge and I tried hard and did considerable research on this, you can't in Windows 10. This only shows the pathetic nature of Microsoft and how they have gone completely insane and they are deranged. This is nothing more than the typical stupidity and absurdity, from big corporations and which we also see from governments.
