Commissions are set in the Global Settings/Symbol Settings/Additional(Tab) menu and are attached to each specific symbol traded. You'll need to enter your round trip costs/contract. I don't think there's a way to enter a percentage (I could be wrong) so if not you may just want to average your typical cost/trade based on your trading behavior.
