I'm not able to see the Control Bar Title Bar when the Control Bar is floating There is my Windows 7 Taskbar in place of the Title Bar , therefore I can not move the floating Control Bar or resize it (you can check the attached screenshot). This happens also with default Control Bars, detached Chart Windows with their own Title Bar enabled and with Auto Hide Charts Title Bar and Scrollbar disabled (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2).
