Post From: IB connection issues following SC upgrade

I am having connection problems with IB.
Have had no problems in the past.

This is what has happened in chronological sequence:
1.  I updated to latest SC yesterday.
2.  When I tried to connect to IB with updated SC I could not make a connection. Seemed to be suggesting I needed to update IB.
3.  This morning I updated IB from build 956 (which had been connecting perfectly with preupdate SC) to IB 970.1a which as of today was the latest IB build.
4.  Tried to connect latest SC with latest IB and again could not make a connection.
5.  Spent much time today talking to IB help and checking all settings at their end. Outcome: not there issue. Everything is fine . IB suggested I contact SC support.
6.  I have checked SC support documentation and all seems to be in order as far as I can see.
7.  As I am not making any progress and need to sort this matter asap I have copied in my log below.
8.  I have also sent the “ send for analysis” log report
