Hello, I noticed SC Trailing Stop does not use Interactive Brokers native Trailing Stop order : in fact, a Stop order is sent by SC each time the evolution of the price requires it. There are IMHO two issues here : - if the connection between SC et IB is lost, there is no more trailing - on EUREX, each order modification cost 0.5 euro : one can imagine trailing a 100 points on the DAX, eg 200 ticks, could cost at worst 50 euros just in EUREX modification fees...
