When trying to place a futures trade for ES-201806-GLOBEX at 23:04 Pacific time, IB won't place the trade. The full message says, "API Client has been unsubscribed from account data. IB Error Code:2100. Request D:-1.\|2018-03-14 23:04:57" Is this a payment or billing issue on my part or something else please? William
