Hi i tried connecting SC to my tdameritrade accnt and the SC message log showed the following: "getting streamer information: step 2 of 3" "server error while trying to get the streamer info. Error: ns error msg. User is not allowed to access streamer." so should i have to contacted TDameritrade first to let them know i'm trying to connect thru SC so they can activate "streamer"? what is a streamer? i can log into thinkorswim platform and display realtime charts w/o any issue so i dont know why i dont have access to 'streamer' please help. thanks |
