Post From: SC shuts down after selecting "add custom study" button on Studies window?

I have downloaded custom study dll's to the SierraChart/DATA folder, but cannot access the folder. When selecting "add custom study" option in Studies window, SC shuts down immediately. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
