OK we are looking this over.

We just want to check to rule out a possibility, is Sierra Chart in a frozen state for more than 5 or 10 seconds before it happens? In other words is the program like frozen and inoperable for a period of time?

And also at the time you notice this do you notice that the charts stop updating, in other words the data feed stops, and then there is a disconnection shortly after?

Also, do not post any further Message Logs. They are not needed.
