Good morning, after troubleshooting with AMP, they directed me to SC support.
This problem started Sunday night, but was infrequent. By Monday, the disconnect/reconnect was happening every couple of hours. This morning, the connection is lost every 10 seconds.

I tried loading release 1684, same problem persisted. Now on 1700 with no change.

My network and computer have been rebooted twice. All anti-virus and firewall has been disabled. There's no web based streaming content or speed problems. Nothing in Windows event logs alarming network adapter issues.

Suggestions?
