We have verified that the Trade Volume Triggered Stop does work properly and we added the current accumulated volume to the order line so you can see what it is. However, it could be that it is not really implemented in the way that users are expecting. For example, it will also trigger when the price goes below a trade volume triggered Sell stop. Maybe it should not. We can change the implementation so even when the price moves lower than a sell stop, as an example, it will not trigger until the volume accumulates until the specified amount.
