Try this: 1) Go to Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> -General tab >> After Single Tool Use Set To: 'Hand' (Optional: Check 'Support Vertical Scaling/Movement With Hand Tool) -Chart Values tab >> Check 'Always On When Using Other Tools' 2) Go to Global Settings >> Customize Toolbars and add the Hand Tool to the relevant toolbar. |
