Hi, I installed Sierra Chart on a new computer. Then, I transferred the setting and data from the old computer according to help topic 15. I get the data feed from Interactive Brokers. The new and old computer are runing Windows 7 32-bit and Windows 7 64-bit, respectively. When I open a TradeDOM on the old computer, there are ten levels of bid/ask price. However, there is only one level, when running Sierra Chart on the new computer. Any idea to fix this problem ? Thanks. |
