Yes. We have now put out the new release which supports the Rithmic paper trading server in Singapore. Update to the latest "Prerelease" following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update We really do not understand the problem to begin with. We have never seen anything like this with any other service provider including ourselves. Why Rithmic has so many different servers, and why there are so much connectivity problems, makes no sense.
