Hi I opened an account with transact futures and trying to use your software

I did figure out how to connect it but 2 Issues

1 How to I configure level 5 So I can use TPO Charts ?


2 I have issue when placing orders see below

Order Error - DTC compatible service has indicated it does not support trading. Internal Order ID: 518304. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: NQH8 | 2018-01-17 21:14:29 *

I did use Sierra in th epast with CQG so maybe some setting have to be changed? I did change the Loging and do recive DATA from Trasact so not sure whats the problem
