We see two transactions about 3.5 hours apart. The 1st one was declined with the following code: Decline code/reason : 05:Transaction declined (do not honor) The 2nd payment was accepted. And your account was extended by 1 month. Between the 2 payments, we see two other card payment attempts, but those were not finalized. So in summary, your card was only charged once. We suspect that the bank has just put a hold on the other transactions.
