I am having a problem with orderflow data display. When I open a chartbook with DAX, GBL or ESTX numbers bars charts (all Eurex) a portion of historical ask/bid data (cca 10 minutes before opening the chart) is missing (NB display only zeros). All other data are OK (i.e. remaining historical intraday ask/bid data, online real-time data, total volume etc). This does not happen to numbers bars charts with US indexes. All SCH settings are the same. I use SCH data feed and IB as a broker. All my attempts to get it fixed have failed so far. Could you please help me?
