Attempting to place an order for certain stock symbols via the chart trader does not result in any order turning up on TWS. Does not happen with all symbols. I can reproduce this with INTC, but orders are, for instance, transmitted correctly for AMD. I was also able to execute the desired orders for INTC directly via TWS without any problems.
