This may achieve what you want. On a clean chart, add "Ask Volume" and "Bid Volume" studies. Study Settings > Settings and Inputs, set the chart region on both studies to the same as the chart. (Chart Region 1) Set the scale on both studies to "Same as region". Study Settings > Subgraphs, set colour to say green for Ask volume, Draw style "Value On Low", Width/Size to say 15 so you can see the number clearly. Study Settings > Subgraphs, set colour to say red for Bid volume, Draw style "Value On High", Width/Size to say 15 so you can see the number clearly. This will give you the Ask Volume below each bar and the Bid Volume above each bar. Adjust the bar type/duration etc. to what you require.
