We have set up the CME Bitcoin futures for all supported trading and data services except for Gain Capital because we are not sure of the symbol for that service. We are not sure we have the symbol right for Interactive Brokers because they are not specifying the exchange here: https://misc.interactivebrokers.com/cstools/contract_info/v3.9/index.php?action=Conid%20Info&wlId=IB&conid=299078198&lang=en We set the exchange to CME.
