Hello Support,

i wish to share with you my daily experience as I am actually trading a SIM account with OneUpTrader and Sierra last version.
Each time I try to save a log from the Position tab, it is impossible.
I cannot choose neither a period of time.
If I want to analyse my trading, I cannot see at which price i opened, i closed, the efficiency of the entry and exit, ecc.

Besides, I placed another order on a chart place on the secondary instance of Sierrachart.

When I try to close the position, I get this message. Simulated Mode is NOT activated.

Why my secondary instance consider my order as SIM or non existent so that i can not close them.


Please help me on this matter.

I would like to export in excel my daily trading journal.


Suggestion: it would be nice to allow people to choose the columns to be exported (as a profil), export them in CSV but also excel format with pre-enlarge sized columns to make even more efficient the reading of the datas.
