Hi I have written this formula in the chart setting alert field. =H < [H-1] AND L > [L-1] which should alert an inside bar. How can I check if it works without a IB actually triggering it on the chart. It does not come up with any errors in the alert log as other attempts have? I also have the inside bar study on the chart but can not easily make it alert on the bar close as it is formed. Any guidance will be really appreciated. Cheers John
