No, chartBarInterface always returns 0 even when the study is first added to the chart and the chart is reloaded. So I see that chartBarInterface.GetPersistentInt(CUSTOM_CHART_BAR_RELOAD_FLAG_KEY) isn't pointing to the same address as sc.GetPersistentInt(CUSTOM_CHART_BAR_RELOAD_FLAG_KEY), and I'll stop relying on it.
