I have tried buy limit and sell limit orders from the chart for GBP.USD-CASH-IDEALPRO and EUR.GBP-CASH-IDEALPRO I have done a Find Symbol on Chart Settings to add the symbol and then try the trade entry and that didnt work either. The orders can be entered manually on the TWS without issue.
