This is true. You will need 2 separate accounts from them to maintain two separate connections. This is their policy. They are not correct when they say you can use the Barchart data feed from 2 separate copies of Sierra Chart at once. However, there is a solution to this. Connect to the Barchart data feed in one copy of Sierra Chart and then share data from that copy to other copies of Sierra Chart.
