I run Sierra Chart on my PC and it is great. I am going to be travelling and am trying to install S/C on my laptop. I have downloaded it but I cannot open it. The Log says there is a problem with Ameritrade which I do not understand. I checked the password and username which I use on the PC but whatever the problem is it still persists.
