We do not actually know the 100% reason why the data was dropped by FXCM. We should not have said. You can try using the symbols here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Forex Make sure you prefix them with the ^ symbol. But none of those are going to update in real-time. For real-time updating symbols you need to use the symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Forex.
