Hi, I am new user and want to activate NYMEX data, I do not have any recognized futures trading account, but have a futures brokerage account in HK, I pick US94.5 one, still cannot activate, and pop below error, please advise. "Error Activating 'NYMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account' on account #1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the 'NYMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account' exchange."
