Post From: Hide Chart Drawings behavior

It seems that the "Hide Chart Drawings" menu item that can be added to the Chart Shortcut menu does not function the same as a manual "Hide" from the Chart Drawings Window.

If I select "Hide Chart Drawings" on the shortcut menu item and confirm Yes, the drawings are then hidden, but when I then go to the Chart Drawings window, they are all shown as visible.

When I do a manual selection of the symbol in the Chart Drawings window and do a Hide, and then reload the chart, other charts which are copying the chart's drawings are updated and correctly no longer show the drawings. But if I use the Hide Chart Drawings menu command, because the drawings are not actually being hidden the same way, then referencing charts still show the drawings, although they are supposed to be hidden.

EDIT: I just noticed that charts which reference another chart's drawings can also use the hide menu item to hide the drawings, so clearly it's intentional that the behavior is different. If it would require a lot of work to change, then I can workaround simply by doing a manual hide of chart drawings on a source chart if I want them all to be hidden.
