Hi,

I bought data for SCH and I updated the latest version 1629, but since I am not able to connect. I tried it several times and I also restarted my pc....nothing helps. I have two shortcuts on my desktop:

1. SierraChart
2. Sierra Chart (C--SierraChart)

(I don“t know if there are any conflicts)

Can I solve this problem without delating SCH and reinstal?
